In 2022, the Saunia group managed to open the Sauna World in České Budějovice and the Thermal swimming pool in Karlovy Vary from previous issues.
In the coming years, we plan to open 4 more branches within the Saunia group. We will also focus on expansion into neighboring states.

In the event that the value of the two-week repo rate (2T repo rate) announced by the Czech National Bank is higher than the value of 3.75% on the last day (i.e. 31.12.) of the calendar year, the bondholders, starting with the first and ending with the last payment of the interest income made in the following calendar year, paid in addition to the standard interest yield of 8.00% p.a. also bonus interest income of 2.00% p.a. In that case, the total interest yield will be 10.00%. This bonus interest is currently activated.
